WORLD, FLESH, DEVIL
Christians are constantly enticed by the world, our flesh and the devil to sin against God. These enemies of the soul will not leave us alone until we are in the presence of our LORD.
It is imperative that we are vigilant. The world cries out to us to conform; it desires our hearts. We must be ever mindful of its subtle influence and not fall prey to its wooing...
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. I John 2:15
Our flesh howls for gratification. It relentlessly demands that we satisfy its ungodly desires which have no place in our lives as new creatures in Christ.
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 1 Peter 5:8
